I have recently bought this item, so cannot say much about it's durability, although it is pretty sturdy and looks like it will last for a while.
Assembly was easy, with help ofcourse! It is bigger than I thought; especially the tower over the slide, which reaches right upto the ceiling.
But most importantly, my 5 yr old loves it!!! And that is all that matters!
